Outsourcing. We offer a powerful, reliable and effective outsourcing capability to your company which are integrated, maintained and operated at your company site.
Application Service Provision. We offer all the same technology and all the advantages of outsourcing on your site except that the service is maintained at our data center.
Midsourcing. For companies who wish to retain the management of their own systems and message store in house, we provide a range of value added features and management services to enhance your existing systems.

Person-to-Person Messaging
TextMail – Available in SMS and WAP, this phone-centric service allows you to send, receive, reply and forward e-mail as well as check other POP mail accounts. Get digests and choose to read only the e-mails that require immediate attention. Mobile phone owners do not get wireless spam. Comes with complementary web-based e-mail. Maintain multiple folders with fully functional e-mail client. Spellchecker in English and other leading languages available in the web-mail service. Fully integrated into the wireless e-mail service is an Address Book of contacts like clients, friends or family members. Most important contacts are always readily available. Interprotocol Texting Service (ITS) - Mobile Arts currently provides inter-protocol messaging service between the Philippines and digital non-GSM wireless operators. With Mobile Arts’ Enhanced Messaging Platform (EMP) acting as messaging gateway, Philippine GSM subscribers have been sending SMS text messages to digital non-GSM mobile subscribers, and vice-versa. Philippine wireless carriers subscribers simply enter the phone number of the SMS recipient just like they would in normal local person-to-person local SMS messaging.
Enterprise Messaging
TextAddress - Members of the public can send SMS direct to a designated e-mail box of the client organization. The client organization may also choose to receive the message in a special-purpose website or mobile phone (without revealing the phone number of the recipient mobile phone thus protecting the privacy of the mobile phone holder). Any which way, the message is received by the organization. The organization can also conveniently reply to the sender in any of the three modes.
Community Messaging Solution (CMS) – Messages can be sent simultaneously to a group of people in real time. An excellent way to send urgent messages to members about events or changes in activities and plans. Member directories, message handling accountability, flexible membership and message flow settings, template messages for frequently used messages, and scheduled messages (for one time or recurring future delivery) are supported. Comes with a user-friendly web-based user and administrative interface.
Recreational Messaging
Games - Mobile Arts was selected to develop and deploy the World Cup 2002 SMS game, an SMS based prediction and standings game (Winner, Final Scores, Final 4, and the Champion) that caters to mobile phone users. In addition to this feature is the Daily Trivia Question wherein upon answering, the mobile player also gains points. Mobile Arts has also developed SMS-based games such as Decider, Blackjack, Baccarat, MPoker, Basketball, Stone-Paper-Scissors, Do-I-D8-U, What2Do and Mobile Racer (Mini 4WD).
Events - Mobile Arts was also contracted by Nokia to develop and implement a special application supporting the Nokia Speed Text Challenge, a campaign to identify the Philippines "Fastest Texter". Information Services
TextCalendar - Users can set or view events in their calendar, which can be private (viewable only by the mobile phone user) or public (viewable by other mobile phone users). The calendar can assist mobile phone owners keep track of group or celebrity events that have been made it public. Search for public events using descriptive terms is supported. For personal events, calendar can be kept private. Private calendar owners can link their private calendars to public events to ensure they get the right details and are updated when changes in venue, time, and other details occur.
TxtTrans – An application that allows conversion of formal English/Filipino words and/or phrases to text shortcuts and vise versa. May be used for fun, to help resolve a cryptic text message or to render a normal english message into a typical message of youthful text-savvy users. Get a feel for it by clicking here.

The EMP is a carrier-grade service platform that enables local and international inter-carrier messaging, as well as corporate enterprise messaging. It functions on a redundant, fault-tolerant and secure network, achieved through multiple connection points, routers, servers, switches and firewalls.
